$120 for Intake and intial session
$95 per 45-minute session
Insurance
Services may be covered in full or in part by your health insurance, EAP, or employee benefit plan. However, no one will be denied access to services due to their inability to pay. If you have insurance coverage, please check your coverage carefully by asking the following questions:
- Do I have mental or behavioral health insurance benefits?
- What is my deductible and has it been met?
- How many sessions per year does my health insurance cover?
- Is an authorization of referral needed?
Reduced Fee
There is a Sliding Scale Fee Discount Program available. Program eligibility is based on a person's ability to pay and will not discriminate on the basis of race, color, sex, national origin, disability, religion, age, sexual orientation, or gender identity.
Sliding Scale Fee services are available on a limited basis. Please call our office for more information. Clients must bring a copy of their most recent tax forms or other proof of income to qualify for the sliding scale fee.
Payment
Insurance billing, cash, check, Paypal, VISA and MASTERCARD are accepted for payment. We also accept Cash App by using $PremierCounseling
Cancellation Policy
If you do not show up for your scheduled therapy appointment, and you have not notified us at least 24 hours in advance, you will be charged $45 for the No Show/Late Cancellation fee.
